Issue:November 1989 Year: 1989
this oneCorrections & Clarifications
In the L.A.S.C. Letter portion of our October issue, the listing of "Contest Finalists" in the Cooperative's Songwriting Competition '89 incorrectly listed three songs. "Fall For You" by Donna Beck Michael, "All the Way" by Curtis Marlatt and "Nacoma" by Curtis Marlatt should have been listed in the Middle Of the Road/Pop category. We are sorry for the error.
In our October story about The Jordanaires, we identified Sonny James' back-up group as "Country Gentlemen." Actually, James himself is known as "The Southern Gentleman" and we're just guessing that his group is known as "The Southern Gentlemen," but we haven't been able to verify that.
