Sevendust at Headliners

Sevendust made a stop in Louisville at Headliners on March 21. This was the second stop for the band, who were last here in November at The 100.5 The Fox Gobblestock Fest. Also, the last time they played at the Gardens, but this time, it was in a more intimate setting at Headliners Music Hall.

The band has been on the road for a while now and they definitely have a following amongst metal and hard rock fans in this town. They played about a one-hour set, with an even mix of songs from both of their CDs: the self-titled debut and their most recent release, Home.

They opened the set with "Home," and continued with other tunes, including-"Terminator," "Rumblefish," "Headtrip," "Too Close to Hate," "Waffle" and "Black."

In spite of the short set, Sevendust put on an incredible show. These guys are tight! I hope to see Sevendust play at Headliners again in the future.
