Thoroughbred Chorus "REMEMBERING When"

The Louisville Thoroughbred Chorus will present its annual Christmas show "Remembering When?" on Friday and Saturday, December 8 and 9. The performances will be held at Memorial Auditorium on South Fourth Street in Louisville.

The 100-voice a cappella chorus, seven times international champions, will sing contemporary and traditional Christmas carols as well as a concert portion of well-known standards.

The Friday and Saturday night performances begin at 8 p.m. Additionally, a special Saturday afternoon matinee will begin at 3 p.m.

Two international barbershop quartet champions are also scheduled to perform on the shows. The Second Edition, current champions, will be featured, along with the 1978 winners, Bluegrass Student Union. The Over Forty Four quartet, a comedy group, will also entertain.

Prices for the evening concerts are $12 floor and $10 balcony. Matinee prices are $10 floor and S8 balcony. A 50% senior citizens discount is available for the matinee performance. Contact Rob Morse at (502) 423-9426 for best available seats, or tickets may be purchased at the door prior to each performance.
