Have you ever wondered about the person who created "The Beet Goes On"?
That person is Diana Black, and she is a songwriter as well as a cartoonist. She plays guitar and sings, and is the Secretary of the Louisville Area Songwriters' Cooperative, in addition to helping coordinate the Louisville Workshop of the Nashville Songwriters Association International.
Diana is married to Greg Black, who is employed by a Louisville insurance holding corporation. Greg pilots a hot-air balloon in his spare time and supports, both tangibly and intangibly, Diana's creative activities. He is also her official cartoon tester. Diana's daughter, Jennifer, lives in Tennessee.
This is Diana's latest creation. Well, if that doesn't 'beet' all. . !
