Area guitarists will have a chance to own a piece of music history thanks to Music Warehouse. The Bardstown Road store will be giving away a special Takamine guitar signed by Steve Wariner— and just in time for the holidays.

Co-sponsored by Music Warehouse and Takamine Guitars, the contest is open to anyone who receives a Takamine guitar demo and fills out an entry form before December 19. The winner will be chosen in a drawing to be held on December 21.

Since opening in 1965, Music Warehouse has sponsored clinics and contests involving numerous national and international artists.

Store owner Ray Shipp says, "Takamine has been a leader in giving us access to many of today's top artists and one-of-a-kind instruments. Our customers enjoy getting this up-close look at their favorite artists and the instruments they play."
