Free at Last (Forefront Records)
DC Talk

"Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty I'm free at last."

That's what I felt like sayin' when I first heard the newest DCT effort. This album is so hot, it would be hard to say everything there is to say about it, so I'll go bare bones and make it short.

First of all, there's "Luv is a Verb," which blows out the door with "superb funk-ability" that will put your feet in "B" for "Boogie."

Then if that's not enough, there's the (Doobies tune, "Jesus Is Just Alright," that will make you wanna move your feet all night long.

This album will gamer much radio success and possibly even some crossover. More picks on this album (this is really hard) are "Luv Is," "Say the Words," "The Hard Way" and "Word to the Father."

That's the funk, the whole funk, and nothin' but the funk.

See ya.
