Should you like a mix of Krautrock, psychedelia and indie AOR (which is sort of the de facto definition of a certain kind of popular indie rock, except maybe for the Krautrock), then The Features are for you. A Nashville-based group originally working around  Murfreesboro, Tennessee, they've had some recent good experiences, including opening for Manchester Orchestra and getting a tune on a Twilight Saga soundtrack. They also go a tune on a Ford commercial (Yeah! Money!) They're recently back from an European tour and are working on a new album, which means you'll hear some new songs at their show at Headliners on November 21. The Fervor and Whistle Peak will open. Tickets are only $12.
