Freakwater's Catherine Irwin comes home from Chicago to introduce her new CD, Little Heater, at the The Rudyard Kipling on September 22. Tracks from the record have been floating around on Facebook and such, and reveal that it is, indeed, a Catherine Irwin record, with the oddly affecting mountain voice wrapped around oddly affecting songs.
