Resonator slide guitar bluesman Eric Sardinas and his band Big Motor haven't been to town since he did a show at the Phoenix Hill Tavern way back in September 2008, when he was touring with the first album with Big Motor. His stop at Stevie Ray's on August 21 should draw a crowd of blues aficianados interested in seeing what he's been up to since, especially given his world-traveler tour over the last couple of years. Could it be that the European love of the blues has let him to work up a few tunes in Spanish, German, French, etc? Check with Stevie Ray's for ticket info.
