Louisvillian Greg Foresman suffers under the "curse" of being known as Martina McBride's guitar player, even though he fronted The Hammerheads  here in town. He has a new album, Kodiak,  to play for his hometown fans, which he will do on July 7 at Headliners Music Hall, with John Mann opening. It's a step up, as he usually plays Stevie Ray's. Tickets remain a reasionable $5, which, for a blazing blues-rock guitarist, is not a bad deal.
