The Waterfront Wednesday show for July will feature JD McPherson, Matt The Electrician and Audra Mae And The Almighty Sound, on the Big Four Lawn at Waterfront Park, on July 25. Matt The Electrician came through town back in February, when he played a well-received show at Uncle Slayton's. He's touring in support his new album, Accidental Thief, which has been getting a bit of a buzz around the country. McPherson has just released  Signs and Signifiers, his Rounder Records debut album, which has NPR's stamp of approval. Oklahoman Audra Mae released her self-titled sophomore CD in February and that one, too, has been gathering positive reviews. It's a free show.
