Not a lot of country stops at the Mercury Ballroom, but the show on November 18 will be the exception, when Brett Young featuring Carly Pearce arrive at the 4th Street hall. The baseball-playing young took up songwriting after getting injured in 2003. Some time later, he moved to Nashville and got signed by the Big Machine Label. His eponymous debut made it to #2 on the US Country chart in 2016, which, along with a #1 single in 2017, was good enough to put him on the road. Tickets are $25 adv.
