Kroger Fest-A-Ville - Waterfront Jam for May 4 will feature the Texas psychedelic rock band The Bright Light Social Hour with Vessel opening. BLSH is touring in support of their Space Is Still The Place studio album, plus the Live at Lincoln Hall album, recorded quickly, after the band learned of the November 2015 Paris attacks.
