We’re going to have to grant Scott Miller formal Louisville citizenship if he keeps coming to town as often as he does. He’ll be back on August 9, playing a show at the Phoenix Hill Tavern, along with The Gougers, an Austin, Texas, four-piece rock band. Miller has a new DIY projects, Appalachian Refugee, that he’ll be promoting and selling. Tickets are $10 in advance.
