J. L. Puckett was a busy fellow this last week. In addition to the two show plugs he wrote for the Friday edition of the Courier-Journal, he also reviewed Joe Manning’s newest, Clever Bird. J. L. Puckett wrote up tonight’s Dark Side of the Wall show at Coyote’s. The Pink Floyd tribute got great response when the band staged it last year, so of course, they’re going to do it again. The Filson Society has a Blues at the Filsonnight once a year, no doubt thanks to Pen Bogert, a blues musician who used to work at the Filson.
