New CD, I Was Here, Draws Comments
The Louisville-based Cabin has been getting some good buzz around its most recent release, I Was Here, even though there are only five cuts on the disc. Kings of A&R has a positive review, plus links to a video and a couple of cuts.
The move was prompted by recent allegations that Clear Channel Communications was requiring independent artists to waive their royalties in order to get the airplay that the companies had agreed to provide as part of the payola settlement consent degree.
