Univision Facing Payola Suit From Former Employee Digital Music News reports that Spanish-language Univision Music Group has been hit with a suit from a former employee, which alleges that Univision Music and subsidiary Fonovisa forced employees to engage in pay-for-play relationships, or face termination.
